This course is offered by distance learning and assessment. You will be provided with a book containing learning and assessment material for each unit. Assessments must be completed and either posted to First Choice Training (at your own expense) or emailed directly to your assigned assessor.

Certificate IV level courses may require that Students complete third party reports. These reports can be completed in an actual workplace or a simulated workplace environment. Your Assessor will be able to assist you should this be required.

To meet language, literacy and numeracy requirements you must be able to read and interpret workplace documents and write detailed reports/documents.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is a method of assessing candidates current knowledge and skills that may have been acquired from informal training such as work history or formal training such as classroom based learning.
