White Card
Our CPCCOHS1001A or 'White Card' course is comprised of 50 questions, with the majority being in the format of multiple choice. Although these questions are multiple choice, you will be required to assess charts, establish risks and analyze symbols. All questions relate to the information provided and should be applied to the assessment questions accordingly. This course requires a 100% correct outcome before your White Card will be issued.
The White Card replaces all previously existing Construction cards used in Australia, and meets all national requirements. Please note this ONLINE course is only available to persons currently residing in the state of Queensland.

Responsible gambling services must be provided wherever gambling activities are undertaken.
In the hospitality industry, the gambling environment is usually referred to as the gaming area and is provided in a range of venues such as hotels, motels, clubs, pubs and casinos.
The 2 major forms of gambling in Australia are
- Wagering such as horse racing and sports betting
- Gaming such as gaming machines, table games, Keno and lotteries.
Employees encouraged to complete the RSG include gaming nominees, licensed gaming attendants, table game attendants, croupiers and multi-skilled food and beverage attendants.
This course develops the skills and knowledge required to provide responsible gambling services and to provide information to customers about problem gambling.

Why do I need an RSA Certificate?
The Office of Liquor, Gaming & Racing's (OLGR) Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) course is about understanding the liquor legislation in Australia and how it applies to and affects licensed premises and their employees.
RSA training is mandatory for Licensees (if an individual) and approved managers and include all other staff members on the premises that are involved in the sale, supply and service of alcohol such as;
- Bar Attendants
- Waiters/ waitresses
- Glass collectors
- Hosts
- Security Staff
- Bottle shop staff
- Promotional staff
